International standards and acceptance criteria using specific inspection tools that are designed to act as an aid when measuring the visual aspects of the joint set-up and completed weld.

Truck chassis inspection

The chassis inspection itself includes the inspector checking the chassis anchor points, rims, hubs, tires, load securement, and rear axle area. Typically, chassis tires, rims, hubs, brake chambers, axles, leaf springs, U-bolts, tire pressure, load securement, and lamps are examined.

Cars Knuckle inspection and repair

Have your car’s alignment checked once a year. A bent or damaged steering knuckle affects proper wheel alignment. The alignment process checks the steering knuckle angles to ensure that they meet carmaker design specifications. Most SUVs, pickups and rear-wheel-drive cars need regular front wheel bearing maintenance. This can prevent expensive damage to the steering knuckle’s spindle should a bearing seize

Having up-to-date information helps when evaluating the service life of an excavator and can also help prove that an excavator has been properly serviced if the need to discuss issues with a dealer or manufacturer arises

Dozer/Wheel dozer chassis inspection

This procedure serves as an essential element in identifying and managing risk to staff associated with bulldozer activities. Ignoring this procedure could result in serious injuries, fatalities, or property damage.
When working under or around bulldozers, for inspections or repairs, the bulldozer must be locked and tagged out, and immobilized and secured against inadvertent movement.

Pipe inspection

The methods of piping inspection procedure can be deployed on and offshore as per the requirements of the process. Any inspection of the pipeline involves pipeline checking, the integrity of welding for concavity and penetration, detecting erosion, wall thickness, and cracks in the pipe body.
